Thank you for your interest in becoming a reseller of Promote Pilot's email marketing services. This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the reselling of our services. Please read this policy carefully before entering into an affiliate agreement with us.

  1. Reseller Application and Approval Process

1.1 Application Submission: To become a reseller, you must submit a reseller application through our designated channel. The application should include relevant information about your business, such as company details, contact information, and an overview of your marketing strategy.

1.2 Approval and Agreement: We will review your reseller application and assess your eligibility based on various criteria, including your business experience and compatibility with our brand values. If approved, we will provide you with a reseller agreement that outlines the terms of the partnership.

  1. Reseller Responsibilities

2.1 Marketing and Sales: As an affiliate, you are responsible for marketing and selling Promote Pilot's email marketing services. This includes promoting our services to potential clients, generating leads, and securing new customers.

2.2 Client Management: Affiliates are accountable for managing their clients' accounts, including onboarding, providing customer support, and addressing any issues or inquiries related to the services. Affiliates must maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in their interactions with clients.

2.3 Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their marketing and sales activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your marketing materials and representations accurately reflect the features, benefits, and limitations of our services.

2.4 Branding and Promotion: Affiliates are expected to maintain the integrity and reputation of the Promote Pilot brand. You must not engage in any activities that may harm or misrepresent our brand, including unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material.

2.5 Training and Product Knowledge: As an affiliate, you are responsible for acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our email marketing services, features, and functionalities. Regularly staying updated on our service offerings and attending any training sessions or webinars we provide is crucial to effectively promote and sell our services.

  1. Pricing and Billing

3.1 Pricing Structure: Affiliates are responsible for determining their own pricing structure for the services they offer to clients. However, the pricing should not be lower than the rates specified in the reseller agreement, or any promotional pricing provided by Promote Pilot.

3.2 Billing and Payment: Affiliates are responsible for invoicing and collecting payments from their clients for the services rendered. Promote Pilot is not responsible for any billing or payment disputes between resellers and their clients.

  1. Support and Assistance

4.1 Reseller Support: We provide affiliates with necessary resources, support, and training to facilitate their marketing and sales efforts. This may include access to marketing materials, product documentation, and a dedicated reseller support team to address any questions or concerns.

4.2 Escalation to Promote Pilot: In the event that a client issue or inquiry cannot be resolved by the affiliate, the reseller may escalate the matter to Promote Pilot's support team. We will work directly with the reseller to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction.

  1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

5.1 Confidential Information: Affiliates may have access to confidential information, including pricing details, marketing strategies, and product roadmaps. affiliates must treat this information as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from Promote Pilot.

5.2 Data Protection: Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling client data. It is your responsibility to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of client data.

  1. Termination

6.1 Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the reseller agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination may occur due to breach of the agreement, non-compliance with this Affiliate Policy, or for any other valid reason.

6.2 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease using our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials. Any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled within the specified timeframe.

  1. Changes to the Affiliate Policy

Promote Pilot reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a reseller to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By entering into an affiliate agreement with Promote Pilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of this policy, you should not proceed with the reseller application.
